When in 1995 Reditech started its first automation project, we were a young and innovating engineering firm. We set out to take on the automation of product systems as an integrated project in order to improve the effectiveness and to make a positive contribution to the operating profits of our customers.

As we are operative for a large number of years now, we aren't the young players on the market as we were then, but our experience in nearly every industrial sector has only increased our sense of innovation and our pursuit of sector-oriented solutions. You must therefore interpreter “young” as being “dynamic”, because we are constantly searching for new markets. In order to keep improving our customer support, we systematically expand our international activities from the moment our firm has been established. In all these countries our engineers cooperate closely with reputable firms in the most diverse industrial fields. Moreover, we invest a great deal in communication and knowledge transfer between our branches and make sure that our best experts can be deployed everywhere in the world.  

Independent

The surplus value we realize for our customers is not only based on our knowledge and expertise but also on our conviction that we only can excel in a project by listening carefully to our customers' wishes. Hence, it's never our intention to obtrude our systems upon our clients. We prefer to search together for long-lasting solutions which can easily be embedded in your own organization. That’s why we attach much importance to our independency. We are indeed convinced that exclusive deals with brands and suppliers rarely lead to the best solutions. In our business each situation is specific and that’s why we always want to leave all opportunities open at every moment.
