Bram – Projectmanager

My education

  • Bachelor in electromechanics
  • Master in electromechanics, option industrial mechanisation and automation

My story

“My first contact with Reditech was in 2006 shortly after I graduated. Someone of Reditech called me and asked me if I felt like working as a software engineer. I had never heard of Reditech before, but after my job interview I was hired right away.”

My responsibilities

“Project management is just one of my tasks. I initiate and manage projects from a to z. Organising meetings, contacting customers, placing orders, billing,... But also the management and follow-up of all colleagues involved.

Additionally I do write software for customers now and then. For some clients I’m still their single point of contact, or Account Manager as you would call it.

I’m the person responsible for the vmware and internal licenses and software. I also provide technical training for our new colleagues and take part in the solution scans for our customers. “

My top job

“It’s especially the variation that is so appealing about my job. Because of the wide range of duties, it becomes challenging and vivid. Unfortunately the amount of work can create bottlenecks. Luckily I can always fall back on the Reditech-team. A group of young people, (almost) all with the same background, working as a well-oiled team. I try to be as flexible within Reditech as Reditech is towards its customers. “
