My story

“As an automation engineer, I was looking for a new challenge. Indirectly I got in contact with Reditech. Since I was looking for a switch in career I signed my contract 2 weeks after.”

My responsibilities

“As an Account Manager my primary responsibilities are drawing up quotations for customers. I make sure that our existing customers remain happy with the services we provide and with our people who work for them. Other than drawing up quotations for existing customers I’m always looking for new customers.”

My top job

“There is a lot to like in my job. I fully support Reditech for 100%. That’s why I will always praise and defend our projects with passion. I find it very fascinating to think along with customers about their needs and the solutions that we are able to offer them.

Working at Reditech means that you end up in a very young an open group. Everybody is each other’s colleague, regardless of their function. This provides the basis for an excellent working environment.

Alternation is something which you experience daily at Reditech. Because we work brand independent, you encounter a lot of equipment from different suppliers. Not only for PLC’s, but also for HMI-panels, SCADA- and DCS-systems and nowadays MES-systems which can be implemented for all kinds of purposes. 

Furthermore you are able to work with different customers from a variety of sectors. As a result you are able to gain a lot of knowledge and experience about process technologies you normally would not encounter. “
